Tonia Crews is our academy director, a 30 year veteran of the modeling & acting management business, and schedules our classes and guest speakers.  Tonia has worked with teens and adults since 1981, as a photo stylist & makeup artist, an agent, a manager, and continues to work with Hollywood professionals.  A lifelong student of the arts, she began teaching piano at 15, and still teaches today. She is passionate about mentoring teens and encouraging volunteers in the community.  A music education major at Ohio State, she also worked at agencies in Ohio, Texas, Utah, Florida, and California, while acting & modeling. Tonia opened her first development center in Northridge in 2001, then a second in Lancaster, in 2006.  Now joined by husband and fight choreographer Wayne Crews, they are a family owned arts center, supporting performing arts, music, and fine arts for all ages.  They have two sons in the industry, and manage them in commercials, film, and music industries.
